Delivery & Returns



You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by calling our customer care number- +91 7011816171. In case of Prepaid orders, refund will be made to original mode within 3 days from the cancellation.




We do Pan India free delivery within 2-4 days from the date of confirmation of order. however, due to some unavoidable circumstances, it may delay further. You will get notification of shipping updates through E-mail and text messages. 



Not satisfied with quality or color of the product?

Don't worry, we have covered you. We have accepted 100% claim for return raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfy with colour/quality or you just like to return it, you have 7 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that:

The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

We provide free reverse pickup to 15000 pincodes at a moment wherein our courier guy will pick, pack and ship back the product to our warehouse from your address. For rest of the pincodes, customer has to send the product to our warehouse using India Post  only. Return address is :-

In the case of  exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.

In the case you prefer a refund, full amount will be refunded after the condition of the product is checked. We will process it in the next 5 - 7 days. 

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Cathy London will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
