- You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to contact@cathyworld,com from your registered email address.

- All orders will be shipped out via Amazon Transport Service, Fedex and India Post are expected to be delivered within 3-7 days, once it leaves the Warehouse. All orders would be trackable.
- All orders will be shipped out in 24 Hrs. Free Shipping on all Orders. COD charges are also free.
EASY RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfy with colour/quality or you just like to return it, you have 7 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.
- Before proceeding a return note that:
- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. it shall be unused and returned with all brand tags and original packaging.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
- Please contact us through email at Contact@Cathyworld.com before your order so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code and arrange for a reverse pickup. PLS NOTE- Reverse pickup is available only in some pincodes. For rest pincodes, you have to send the product through INDIA POST REGISTERED PARCEL MODE ONLY. Rest assure, we will refund whole postage amount along with the product price provided it has been returned by India post Registered parcel mode only. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
- Now, please print the documents sent, fill it out and place it inside the package. All returns must be sent to our warehouse within 7 calendar days from delivery date.In the case of exchange, will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer.In the case you prefer a refund, full amount will be refunded. We will process it in the next 5 - 7 days.
- If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Cathy London will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
